One representative of this class is datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd), which is a conjugate of a monoclonal antibody with a cytostatic agent (topoisomerase I inhibitor) targeting trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 – a receptor widely expressed in non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer and other solid tumors. Dato-DXd was first approved in Japan at the end of 2024 and then in the Russian Federation at the beginning of 2025. As is well known, the key to the successful use of any innovative drug is knowledge of its safety profile and management of adverse events. In this review, we present data on AEs observed in clinical trials of Dato-DXd, necessary preventive measures, and current recommendations for their diagnosis and treatment.</p>
В данном обзоре мы приводим данные о нежелательных явлениях, наблюдаемых в клинических исследованиях Dato-DXd, необходимых мерах профилактики, а также текущие рекомендации по их диагностике и лечению.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>monoclonal antibody-drug conjugates</kwd><kwd>datopotamab deruxtecan</kwd><kwd>adverse events</kwd><kwd>interstitial lung disease</kwd><kwd>stomatitis</kwd><kwd>eye disorders</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>конъюгаты моноклонального антитела с лекарственным средством</kwd><kwd>датопотамаб дерукстекан</kwd><kwd>нежелательное явление</kwd><kwd>интерстициальная болезнь легких</kwd><kwd>стоматит</kwd><kwd>нарушение со стороны органа глаза</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Marei H.E., Cenciarelli C., Hasan A.
