The main goal of drug therapy is to slow down metastatic process progression, increase survival of these patients. Currently, the optimal approach to treatment of brain metastases of renal cell carcinoma has not been established.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен обзор современных методов системной терапии у больных с метастазами в головной мозг рака почки на основании анализа современных данных литературы, которые свидетельствуют в пользу мультимодальной стратегии лечения, включающей системную терапию, лучевую терапию и/или хирургическое вмешательство. Основная цель лекарственной терапии – замедление прогрессирования метастатического процесса, повышение показателей выживаемости у данной категории пациентов.
