The article presents the results of our own study, considers the problems of toxicity and tolerability of dose-dense and standard NACT regimens.</p><p><bold>Aim. </bold>To study the tolerability of dose-dense and standard NACT regimens.</p><p><bold>Materials and methods. </bold>The prospective study included 109 patients. 53 patients received dose-dense NACT as preoperative treatment, 56 – the standard NACT regimen.</p><p><bold>Results. </bold>In dose-dense NACT, the frequency and severity of anemia (<italic>p </italic>= 0.038), hepatotoxicity (<italic>p </italic>&lt;0.001), peripheral polyneuropathy (<italic>p </italic>&lt;0.001) increased, but the frequency of delayed start of the cycle in general (<italic>p </italic>= 0.012) and delay due to neutropenia (<italic>p </italic>&lt;0.001) decreased.</p><p><bold>Conclusion. </bold>When planning preventive chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer (NACT or adjuvant chemotherapy), it is necessary to take into account not only the oncological results in increasing recurrence-free and overall survival, but also the tolerability of therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение. </bold>С учетом высокой распространенности гормоночувствительного рака молочной железы как в России, так и в мире крайне актуально решение вопросов о показаниях к проведению неоадъювантной (НАХТ) или адъювантной химиотерапии, а также объеме и режимах проводимого лечения. В статье представлены результаты собственного исследования, освещены вопросы токсичности и переносимости дозоуплотненных и стандартных режимов НАХТ.</p><p><bold>Цель исследования – </bold>изучить переносимость дозоуплотненных и стандартных режимов НАХТ.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>В проспективное исследование включены 109 пациенток: 53 получили в качестве предоперационного лечения дозоуплотненный режим НАХТ, 56 – стандартный режим.</p><p><bold>Результаты. </bold>При дозоуплотненных режимах НАХТ увеличивались частота и выраженность анемии (<italic>р </italic>= 0,038), гепатотоксичности (<italic>р </italic>&lt;0,001), периферической полинейропатии (<italic>р </italic>&lt;0,001), но снижалась частота отсрочки начала цикла в целом (<italic>р </italic>= 0,012) и по причине нейтропении (<italic>р </italic>&lt;0,001).</p><p><bold>Заключение. </bold>При планировании профилактической химиотерапии в лечении рака молочной железы (НАХТ или адъювантная химиотерапия) необходимо учитывать не только онкологические результаты по увеличению безрецидивной и общей выживаемости, но и переносимость терапии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>dose-dense neoadjuvant chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>granulocyte colony-stimulating factor</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>дозоуплотненный режим неоадъювантной химиотерапии</kwd><kwd>стандартный режим неоадъювантной химиотерапии</kwd><kwd>гранулоцитарный колониестимулирующий фактор</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
